Experience and Understanding
Glenys MacKenzie knows what it is like to move. She has lived as far East as New Brunswick, as far south in Utah,
as far West as Vancouver and many points in between. With that much experience, she became very proficient at
organizing moves.
Glenys brings to her new venture, much successful business experience having owned and operated a business in
Kelowna for many years. After selling her business she was asked to help her elderly Aunt downsize her residence,
dispose of excess furniture and household items and move into a care home.
Glenys has the skills and experience for organizing your move.
Compassion
While helping her Aunt, she realized that there must be many people who do not have family to assist them in similar
situations. That was the start of "Changing Places". It only made sense that this would be her next business venture.
Glenys started Changing Places with disabled and elderly persons in mind, but anyone requiring a moving coordinator
will be impressed by Glenys' professional, kind and considerate service. Even more importantly, she also has
compassion and understanding that are so important, especially when dealing with disabled or elderly
persons.
Moving can be an emotional time for anyone, but a grieving spouse or children require special care; Glenys will ensure
that they are well cared for.

Testimonials
"You should know that you have made this whole difficult process
so much easier for me to bear and I do thank you!"
-Shirley P.
Kelowna, BC
"Glenys and her team have moved me twice now! Last March they
moved me from an assisted living facility in Rutland to a facility in
Lake Country so I could be closer to my husband. After losing my
husband in the summer, Glenys and her team came in again and packed up
everything and moved me to a facility in Burnaby, BC and stayed until
everything was unpacked and out into place. I would not hesitate to
recommend Changing Places Inc. Should you require assistance moving!"
-Luella S.
